Tonya's Springtime Cards

This St Pats card was made from using a standard 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" white card (I bought them in bulk from Sam's Club).  I actually cut the card in half, and trimmed 1/2" off the top and the side - making the card 8" x 5".  I then cut a piece of colored card stock 8 1/2" by 5 1/2" to use as a "back" for the card.  In this instance I used green paper as the back.  This is really a "postcard" style card.  The card expression "Happy St. Patrick's Day" was taken from CK Creative Lettering Volume 1/2/3.  I have secured 1 (1 1/2") Marvy Mega squares punched in green paper) and 1 (1 3/8") Marvy large square punched in white. The stamps are "Stampin up" Borders Mini (for the border) & Bitty Bolds (for the shamrock).  Colorbox Cats eye ink pad in green was used. To make everything stick I ran them through a Xyron 850.
