We came home the other afternoon to find this little jack russell sitting in our yard.

Of course, she was pretty fiesty and Spirit didn't much care for her attitude.  Thank goodness the vet remembered her and we were able to find her home. Turns out she lives just behind us.

You'd never guess he just had a bath yesterday.  It rained all day today, and he had a blast jumping in puddles and basically making a mess of himself.  Today (May 1st) is his second birthday - so I guess we can live with him dirty for awhile.

At least he had fun getting dirty!
