No surprise here, the boys did not want to go see The Butterfly Farm so mom & I went by ourselves.

Of course, I took what seemed like a million pictures.

The nice thing is once you pay once to go to The Butterfly Farm if you get your "ticket" stamped you can come back as many times as you want for the rest of your trip.  We ended up going back a second time - once I got my photos developed and realized not as many came out as I had hoped (those little buggers are quick!)

They say it is good luck if a butterfly lands on you, Mom was hoping (we'd have gone to the casino next) but no suck luck!

Some of the ones are amazing in color - others look more amazing next to the flowers in the farm.

The only butterfly native to Aruba is the Monarch - just like we have in Michigan - strange isn't it?

You can get so close to these butterflies - it can amaze you!

The one butterfly that I really wanted a picture of is the Blue Morph - but everytime they land they close their wings and are ugly brown.  Bettery luck next year I guess.  This one is more irridescent than anything else.
