Day 24

  Today Dad brought his crane to the site, so they can use it to set the trusses on Monday.  Pretty neat huh?  AND we used it to put our JACUZZI tub in the master bath!  YES, it actually came.  Some of you may have heard me ranting and raving that it was a week late, well, lucky for Fireplace & Spa, it got here before we put the roof on!  (Its a corner unit, about 71" on either side and 27" deep, not exactly stair mobile.)     Here is an idea of what our shingles will look like.  They're black with a touch of blue color in them.  Should give a good look when they are all on!     The heating guys were here again today, getting ready to rough in the duct work and stuff.  They'll be back tomorrow too.  3 days in a row now!  The plumber comes on Monday to start doing his!     We helped Dad to make that access door above the garage into our room a window, like it should be, today.  Now that the jacuzzi is in, we won't need the doorway.  We didn't put any green wrap on it, so you may not be able to tell.  It is the left most window on the garage side.   Dad also put some truss pieces in the second floor with the crane, and some roof sheeting.
