Day 40

Tuesday, June 23rd

  Today in this AWFUL heat (its in the humid 90's in the early AM) the concrete crew and my parents poured the driveway apron (as seen here).  With a curb on the right rear (not very visible in this photo).  It looks great.     This is the back patio, they also did this today.  It runs from just outside the back double door all the way to the subgarage and the retaining wall (just visible in the back of this photo).  I DID take a picture of the back view of the house, unfortunately, the disk had a bad sector on it, and it was unrecoverable.  Bummer.  That disk got junked real quick.     Both the electrican and the plumber were in today.  AND a guy finally came to install the inline heater in the jacuzzi, that's only taken FOREVER.  I still have a meeting set up with the President of the company as soon as he gets back from vacation to resolve the issue.  Fun Fun.   Overall today was a SHORT one for everyone.  After all, who wants to work to long when its over 90 degrees?  I certainly don't expect mom & dad to do that.
