Day 54 & 55

Tuesday & Wednesday the 7th & 8th of July

  Dad's preparing to do the septic field.  He moved 'just a little' sand.  More like 20+ truck loads.  But, as always it looks GREAT!  Thursday he's going to start on the septic (assuming the health dept guy does show up!)     Well, the rest of the drywall has been hung.  Now its time for taping, mudding and all that FUN stuff.  This is the view of the master bedroom from our doorway.     This is our master bath from the door way.  The shower is in the wall to the right.     This is the front center bedroom, pre clean-up mode.     Here is the north side of the basement.  The entrance to the bath is in the wall in the nook on the left side.     This is the other side of the basement.  You can see the door to the subgarage (far left) the microwave cupboard (center) and the door to the furnace room (right).     This is the hall upstairs looking toward our bedroom.  Monday I had the view from the opposite direction.   In these two days we also put in the upstairs french doors, and most of the exit doors.  The other french doors should go in tomorrow, along with the locks/door knobs.   See you then!
