Day 57-63

Friday the 10th to Thursday the 16th of July

  We are looking for VOLUNTEERS FOR SUNDAY! TO HELP SEAL TRIM WOOD!  If you're interest send us an email or drop by!!  We could definitely use the help and will absolutely appreciate it a ton!! The drywallers worked saturday, sunday, monday, part of tuesday & thursday to get the house finished.   It looks great, unfortunately today I forgot to take the camera with me.  So that will have to wait.  The painters start priming & taping tomorrow.   Saturday we just delivered supplies to the house, otherwise Rich & I didn't work out there.     On Sunday Rich's Mom & my grandma came out to help us.  Above is Rich's mom on the bush hog, chopping down weeds and little thorny trees.     Grandma & I sealed a bunch of trim on Sunday.  Yes, I went easy on her, we took lots of breaks and the basement was the coolest place in the house.     Rich was taking out the rest of the trees on the hill while we were sealing.  He was having WAY too much fun I tell you!     Later that night Rich sealed the porch.  Earlier Rich & his mom had steel wooled the window casements which we had previously sealed.  Then Rich & I sealed until dark Sunday night.  Made for a LONG weekend night.   Monday & Tuesday we did little things around the house, and finished sealing windows.  Wednesday we didn't go out.
